Jose Liberman
Jose Liberman co-founded Liberman Broadcasting, Inc., a California corporation, in 1987 together with his son Lenard Liberman.
Mr. Liberman has served as LBI President and Member of the Board of Directors since the company's formation.
Mr. Liberman began his radio broadcasting career in 1957 by purchasing XERZ-AM in Mexico, and establishing his own radio advertising
representative firm. In 1976 Mr. Liberman acquired KLVE-FM, the first FM Spanish-language radio station West of the Mississippi. He
purchased KTNQ-AM in 1979, initiated a separate Hispanic format on the AM to create the first Hispanic AM/FM radio combo in Los Angeles.

Lenard Liberman
Lenard Liberman has served as LBI Executive Vice President, Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors since the company's formation in 1987.
Mr. Liberman manages all day-to-day LBI operations, including acquisitions and strategic planning. He received a Juris Doctorate degree and Masters
in Business Administration from Stanford University in 1987. Mr. Liberman is a Member of the California Bar.

Eduardo Leon
Eduardo Leon is a key Executive employee who has served as LBI Vice President of Programming since 1998. Mr. Leon is responsible for programming
at all LBI radio stations.
Prior to joining LBI, Mr. Leon was program director of Spanish Broadcasting Systems radio station WLEY-FM,
Chicago, from 1996-1998. In 1992 he founded Radio Ideas, a Spanish-language radio consulting firm.

Winter Horton
Winter Horton joined LBI in 1997 as Vice President of Programming for KRCA CH62 television. In 2001 Mr. Horton, while serving as Corporate
Vice President, launched LBI's four radio stations and one television station in Houston. In 2004 he launched KMPX Ch 29 and radio KNOR, both
in Dallas-Ft. Worth.
Mr. Horton is now LBI's Chief Operating Officer and with Lenard Liberman helps manage day to day operations of all LBI stations and markets.

Wisdom Lu
Ms. Wisdom Lu, CFA, joined Liberman Broadcasting in 2008 as its Chief Financial Officer. She most recently served as
Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer of Health Net, Inc., one of the nation's largest publicly traded managed health care
companies. Ms. Lu was at Health Net from 1996 til her departure in 2008 and was responsible for, among other things,
capital structure planning, management of cash and investments, debt and equity, real estate facilities and procurement.
Ms. Lu also served as Treasury Officer, Fixed Income Sales & Trading with national Westminster Bank, USA from 1995 to 1996,
and as Management Associated, Fixed Income Sales & Trading with Citicorp Securities, Inc. from 1993 to 1995. Ms. Lu received
her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Economics, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her
masters of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New
York University. Ms. Lu holds professional designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Professional Engineer (New York).
