Program Director Job summary We are Liberman Broadcasting, Inc. (“LBI”) the largest privately-owned Spanish broadcasting company with five TV stations and 21 radio stations operating in California, Texas and Utah. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) well-rounded, top performer who can be a key contributor in a high-energy growth environment. Program Director will oversee production and distribution of culturally relevant Spanish-language broadcasting programs. Summary of essential job functions Plan and schedule Spanish-language radio programming for expanding audience in Southern California. Monitor and review programming in order to ensure that schedules are met and performances are of adequate quality. Coordinate activities of different departments to provide listeners with the most authentic Mexican-style radio program. Minimum requirements Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Radio Disc Jockey.
